I have spent my life in Saskatoon,Saskatchewan. My woodworking began in high school at Bedford Road Collegiate,where I spent all my spare classes in the woodworking shop. My parents started Penn’s Antiques where I did furniture repairs and refinishing. From there, I moved on to running a VW Restoration and Customization Shop with my brother for 25 years. About 2010, a neighbour who is a woodturner asked if I would like to go to a woodturning symposium. It began a 16 year journey of discovery and learning of the creativity of wood.
I am a proud member of Hub City Woodturners.
